Caribbean Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United
States and is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older.
Sweepstakes ends 9/30/05 and all entries must be received by that date. Limit of one entry
per address. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes is sponsored by
Contest Sponsor, and is not responsible for illegible, lost, late or misdirected entries or mail,
or for phone, electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures
or difficulties.
2. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize to include one round trip to a Caribbean island
of your choice. Winners will be determined by random drawing
conducted by CPS direct, an independent judging organization, on or about 10/31/05 from
all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of
eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by mail. Winner is solely responsible for
any applicable taxes and for any expenses not stated.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is not open to employees and their
immediate families and persons living in the same household of the contest sponsor.
This sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. No prize substitution or
transfer except as specified in these rules. If particular product selected by the winner
becomes unavailable for any reason, substitution of a product or products of comparable or
greater value will be made at sponsor's discretion. All submissions become property of
Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
cancel, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should virus bugs, non-authorized human
intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to these
rules and decisions. Contest Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all
respects.
4. WINNERS LIST: To receive names of prize winners, send a
self-addressed, stamped envelope by 10/31/05 to: Contest Sponsor, 123 My Street, Anywhere, FL 33431.
